Not worth it even for $100
This should only be bought from a bargin bin at $20, anymore than that and you’re losing out on so much money. Just get a used Canon Rebel T3 camera. You get a real 12.2MP sensor with 720p 30fps video support, while not great as a webcam(which canon’s utility still supports despite saying no) you can still get incredible pictures out of a camera from 2011 along with incredible camera lens support through the Canon EF/EF-S lines. Excellent for a beginner photographer or hobbiest as you can still find brand new batteries online as some even support USB C charging on the battery. No more special charger needed. You also have decades of used camera lenses to choose from on-line on websites like eBay, Mercari, Facebook marketplace or other places that resell used canon EF mount lenses. You can typically find a good working example of the Rebel T3 with the Canon 18-55mm kit lens from $100-$180. If the Rebel T3i is around the same price and in good condition I say upgrade for that option. You get a swiveling screen, 17.9MP sensor, and full 1080p 30fps video support with the same great lens support. Please just buy either of those two instead of this junk as they won’t squander your hobby in its tracks.

Takes good photos, relatively easy to use
Let me first say upfront that I am nowhere near a professional photographer. I can barely be called an amateur. Nonetheless, I like taking good photos, but I’m often challenged in getting them. When other people get great shots with their cell phones, mine always end up being just so-so, despite having the same model phone. So I thought maybe I should get this camera since I have had better luck with this style digital camera in the past.This camera has a ton of features, many of which I’m sure more experienced and talented photographers will appreciate. Personally, I have found that I wind up using one of three modes for still photography: AUTO, SCN (scene mode), or P (programmed auto exposure). All have helped me take much better photos than I have in quite some time. I love that I can preview the shots right away, so I can trash the ones where I wasn’t steady enough with the flash or I got overly artsy in my idea, and it didn’t work (as often happens). The included SD card has ample room for storing a ton of photos and videos before needing to archive them somewhere. The screen makes it easier for me to see what I’ll be getting before I click the shutter. It comes with a comprehensive user manual, and I’ve found that it can be overwhelming if you’re trying to digest it all at once, but thankfully, it’s easy to simply find the feature you’re interested in. Being able to position the screen in a number of ways is super helpful, especially when I’m trying to take a shot from an odd angle. Finally, it’s nice to have the spare battery, so the camera can always be ready when I am. My only complaint is that when using the flash, if you’re not incredibly, almost unnaturally still, they tend to come out blurry. I avoid the need for the flash whenever possible, and when it’s not, I use a tripod or set it on the surface of something. All in all, this was a good find for me to get back to taking decent photos.

Un sure that it was a good idea to by this camera
I bought this camera and you know thinking it would be good because it says it has 64 megapixels and all these other good features but when I was trying to compare this camera to another one I looked at the website and I noticed a flaw in the screenshot I sent it shows on the top and the writing about the camera saying that it’s 64 megapixels but then if you look down and you see where it says product information it says it’s 48 megapixels and you scroll down again for more on product info it sends it again 48 megapixels also from a review somebody said it’s not even that cuz it uses a Sony dj8 prosessor .I’ve been seeing this product saying that it’s 30 optical zoom and 40 .there are two cameras Order and Monitsch that look identical besides the name ordor in the front where the flash pops up for the Monitsch which can easily be removed but still has the 64mp on the bottom right of the camera. I have looked at the specs for both cameras One camera is like $100 more than the other one in which I don’t see any difference that would jump the price Gap to be that big. I think what’s happening is that they are the same camera and one or a c different companies is taking off the odro sign in the front where the flash pops up and saying it is 40 and saying it is 40x zoom when Odor says it’s 30 x Zoom , with adding it has a cpl more features as to why they can list it at a higher price.If you are a professional photographer like me you need to have the camera to your Pacific needs and if it’s not being accurate then your photography is not going to be accurate .Some cameras are designed for Pacific types of photography so it does matter, what to look at the website and to read about the information and it says in 64 megapixels then you scroll down just a little bit and then it saya its 48 megapixels ,thats not good. Shows that the seller is trying to over exaggerate on some of the specs to make them to make the custmor want to buy it more.this happens on most places like Amazon that sell things you wouldnt think they would do something like that because they’re such a big company .well I asked about Ali Baba say that also sells things and then they are legit.but is to why I am getting this camera and not the one that I want is because it is $4,800 then Cannon the new Canon R5 Mark d2. I had the cannon R5 and I liked it but I got stolen from me so I want to eventually get the newer model .on Alibaba site there’s like three stories that say they’re selling it for $400 with the lens included when there’s a lot less than like $4,800 .I’m waiting for this camera to be delivered sometime soon and I will check it out .I live in Huntington Beach so I’m going to the air show to take photographs of the planes.When I went to air show in 2019 I was using a Canon 90d with a 18 to 270 mm lens I was able to get real close up with my lens and I got great pictures so hopefully with this camera I will get pictures that are just as good if not better .I just had to point this out to help people make a better decision but then i will let u know what I think of the camera after I’ve used it for the air show .

Great Quality
Great quality very similar to another camera. First time trying to vlog but the picture quality is great and the volume is clear. You may want a mic for it to be a little louder but I love. Fits the tripod stand I had got for this camera. I highly recommend

Serviceable camera. NOT 64 MP. Pretty rudimentary point and shoot camera.
This is currently “on sale” for $200. It’s a useable enough camera, but nowhere near as good as the listing might lead you to believe. For one thing, it is NOT 64 MP. It uses a Sony 8 MP sensor, so that’s probably what you should figure it is. Outdoors, in bright light, I found it took better photos than some reviewers have seen. It doesn’t do well in low light, and if you’re indoors, you should turn on the manual flash. A 64 GB SD card was included in the box. I had trouble getting the instruction manual downloaded, but finally found a work-around. Check all the reviews, including those on Youtube. They contain good advice.

Webcam Masquerading As A Camera
There are online teardowns of this webcam. The “lens” that pops out on powering up serves not purpose photographically. The barrel is not a lens. Mounted inside is a single circuit board webcam mounted at the end of the barrel. To make the camera feel like a pro camera, they added a piece of thick steel plating to make it feel heavy. There is no electronic viewfinder although it is shaped to look like it should have one. Your money is better spent for a real used 35mm mid-range 35mm digital camera. For a child where you don’t care if it gets thrown down or scuffed up…it makes a nice toy that does make digital photos, although you can get toy cameras that work for less than this. Finally, the problem with a product like this is that most of the major camera makers have pulled out of the market for a mid-range digital camera so something like this is part of the limited choices in this price range and features. It does work and I use it for a 2nd camera for my livestream Zoom sessions and online webinars.

The pictures are very nice.
I’m not a pro by any means, but I do enjoy taking photos on vacations and family functions. This camera has been great at catching action shots and short videos. It’s easy to use and takes great pictures so I really don’t have anything to complain about.

Substantial camera
I was surprised that this camera was rather substantial. It’s not like the one pund digital cameras that are usually sold. The camera has various settings such as manual, auto, shutter/aperture priority, filters, etc. There are options to change the white balance, pixels, etc. On top of it, the lens is not bad at all. I did closeups with my kittly and the colors are rather true-to-life. The camera does have a video mode and you can plug in a mic and have nice sound on the video. The screen can face backward and forward so you can see yourself while recording and taking a photo. Just note, the picture doesn’t snap right away; give it a few milliseconds to take the photo. The camera came with everything stated in the ad so I was able to get going right away. Also, another bounus is that it comes with an SD card reader!

Good step up from beginners camera
This is a good step up from a beginner’s camera:It has good resolution for both pictures and video. The controls are simple to use and it has options for the output to use as an additional camera for your Livestream or webcam.While it is certainly not 64MB, I would say it is comparable to about 16MP.I love the accessories that come with it. They are useful and add to the versatility of the camera.
